With an infrastructure that provides water to more than 10,000 homes and 2,500 corporations in Mexico, the company faced a significant challenge: optimizing the management of the Meter to Cash process, the core of its operation. The priority was clear: reduce the accumulated debt, with a special focus on the oldest and closest to expiry, to guarantee the financial and operational sustainability of the service.
