Adem\u00e1s, hemos acompa\u00f1ado estas iniciativas con consejos orientados a fomentar la actividad f\u00edsica y la participaci\u00f3n en este tipo de eventos, promoviendo h\u00e1bitos de vida Aguado, disponible a trav\u00e9s de la plataforma\u00a0<strong>MyWellness<\/strong>, que ofrece herramientas pr\u00e1cticas para afrontar los retos actuales de la convivencia y la educaci\u00f3n en el un&nbsp;webinar&nbsp;dedicado a dar a conocer sus recursos y funcionalidades para acompa\u00f1ar a los empleados en su bienestar diario.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En el mes de mayo, tambi\u00e9n compartimos un v\u00eddeo especial en el que presentamos a&nbsp;<strong>Miriam Isabel como la nueva responsable del \u00e1rea de Health &amp;&nbsp;Wellness<\/strong>, reforzando nuestro compromiso con seguir impulsando iniciativas centradas en las personas y su bienestar.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube
