Solo as\u00ed se podr\u00e1 aprovechar su verdadero potencia<\/em>l\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 durante su intervenci\u00f3n.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El evento, organizado por la asociaci\u00f3n WomenCEO, aport\u00f3 una visi\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica e internacional sobre el desarrollo de la inteligencia artificial, abordando temas como la evoluci\u00f3n de la IA, su implementaci\u00f3n empresarial y su impacto en los \u00f3rganos de decisi\u00f3n.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alfredo Zurdo aprovech\u00f3 su participaci\u00f3n para destacar los desaf\u00edos que actualmente impiden una integraci\u00f3n efectiva de la IA en el entorno laboral. Tal y como expuso: \u201c<em>Se est\u00e1 viendo cierta dificultad sobre c\u00f3mo nos la llevamos al puesto de trabajo. Despu\u00e9s del boom de la IA generativa hay dos barreras: la primera es el miedo, porque las personas leemos las noticias sobre las funciones que nos pueden \u2018quitar\u2019. Los riesgos no parecen estar asumidos. La segunda es la falta de prop\u00f3sito: muchas organizaciones quieren implementarla por no quedarse rezagadas, pero no tienen claro para qu\u00e9.\u201d <\/em>En este sentido, subray\u00f3 la importancia de abordar la transformaci\u00f3n con una visi\u00f3n clara, desde la estrategia y el prop\u00f3sito, y no \u00fanicamente como una reacci\u00f3n al contexto tecnol\u00f3gico.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre los puntos destacados del encuentro, se trataron casos de uso reales, estrategias de adopci\u00f3n responsable y oportunidades concretas de negocio en sectores como servicios p\u00fablicos, finanzas y salud.
