Personajes clave en este proyecto incluyen a Jordi Llobet, Director de Negocio de Entelgy, y Javier Rojas Alonso, CIO de Lanbide, quienes han sido fundamentales en la implementaci\u00f3n y \u00e9xito del proyecto.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La participaci\u00f3n de Entelgy en este proyecto ha mejorado la atenci\u00f3n al ciudadano y ha demostrado el potencial de la miner\u00eda de procesos para identificar y resolver ineficiencias. Su colaboraci\u00f3n con Celonis ha permitido a Lanbide desplegar soluciones en un plazo r\u00e9cord, como la gesti\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 51.000 solicitudes anuales de ayudas, y ha mejorado significativamente la entrega de ayudas, con un aumento del 40% en la eficiencia.
