En Entelgy, impulsamos el cambio a trav\u00e9s de la escucha activa, el reconocimiento de los logros de todos y la creaci\u00f3n de un espacio donde la diversidad y el bienestar sean una prioridad.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Os compartimos el v\u00eddeo de Irene L\u00f3pez, de People Entelgy, titulado &#8220;En el mes de la igualdad, promovamos las diversidades del bienestar&#8221;. Al escuchar para entender, en lugar de pensar en nuestra respuesta, y al hacer preguntas abiertas, invitamos a los dem\u00e1s a compartir sus perspectivas sin temor al juicio.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En Entelgy, trabajamos cada d\u00eda para conseguir <strong>un entorno de igualdad y diversidad<\/strong>. Sin embargo, la aportaci\u00f3n de cada uno de nosotros es crucial para lograrlo.
