Su mensaje gener\u00f3 entusiasmo en el equipo, impulsando el compromiso por alcanzar los objetivos y fortalecer la colaboraci\u00f3n. Junto con \u00e9l, el equipo comercial reforz\u00f3 esta visi\u00f3n, detallando estrategias clave para lograr los resultados propuestos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las \u00e1reas de Operaciones, Finanzas y Personas tambi\u00e9n tuvieron un rol fundamental en el evento. Cada una present\u00f3 <strong>iniciativas y proyectos innovadores <\/strong>que buscan mejorar el desempe\u00f1o y generar impacto a nivel pa\u00eds. La colaboraci\u00f3n entre estos equipos ser\u00e1 determinante para materializar los planes establecidos para este nuevo ciclo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El encuentro cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de <strong>Miguel Castro<\/strong>, Director General Corporativo de Presidencia, quien realiz\u00f3 una sesi\u00f3n de preguntas y respuestas. Este espacio permiti\u00f3 resolver inquietudes, intercambiar ideas y recoger nuevas propuestas para mejorar el desempe\u00f1o de la compa\u00f1\u00eda.
