El Grupo Prisa y Caracol Radio extendieron una invitaci\u00f3n a Entelgy Colombia para participar en el foro \u201cTeletrabajo, el futuro de la productividad en Colombia\u201d.<\/p>\n

Por parte de Entelgy particip\u00f3 nuestra Directora de Recursos Humanos en Colombia, Claudia Pizarro, y nuestro gerente de negocios senior Ismael Ar\u00e9valo. Dicho foro cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n del ministro de las TICS Mauricio Lizcano, el Ministerio del Trabajo, Asociaciones de Industriales y Empresarios de Colombia.<\/p>\n

Entre los aspectos discutidos, se hizo precisi\u00f3n sobre la normatividad legal vigente para trabajadores que desarrollen su labor en esta modalidad, las connotaciones particulares sobre aspectos psicosociales que deben cuidarse sobre los trabajadores y como aspecto fundamental. Tambi\u00e9n se discutieron las necesidades de apoyo de la industria TI a las empresas, para desarrollar capacidades que garanticen la productividad de los teletrabajadores.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
