As\u00ed se demostr\u00f3 la importancia y la absoluta transversalidad del Mindset Agile en el \u00e9xito de nuestra organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Tal y como se afirmaba desde el comienzo del evento, la transformaci\u00f3n digital en la empresa ya no deber\u00eda considerarse como una opci\u00f3n. Los Big Bang no funcionan: hay que empezar con peque\u00f1os grupos. Y la diferencia en Agile se puede resumir en si me involucro o me comprometo<\/em>&#8220;. De igual manera, acerc\u00f3 una de las claves esenciales del Agile: \u201c<em>En los <strong>procesos de transformaci\u00f3n<\/strong> hay que luchar contra la saturaci\u00f3n y dar espacio, dar
