Con motivo de esta fecha, Miguel \u00c1ngel Barrio, Director Desarrollo Negocio y Transformaci\u00f3n de Entelgy, fue entrevistado en Onda Cero como experto en la materia.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El avance de las tecnolog\u00edas de procesamiento del lenguaje natural, interfaces de conversaci\u00f3n, <strong>automatizaci\u00f3n<\/strong> y procesos de <strong>machine learning<\/strong> y <strong>deep learning<\/strong>, ha permitido que d\u00eda de hoy los <strong>asistentes virtuales<\/strong> no tengan detr\u00e1s una persona, sino<\/span><b> una tecnolog\u00eda<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De hecho, a d\u00eda de hoy est\u00e1n funcionando de manera aut\u00f3noma y fluida para dar respuesta a las necesidades que puedan surgir con una respuesta que se asemeja mucho a la de un humano. \u00bfLa diferencia? Que la tecnolog\u00eda permite que el proceso sea <strong>m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido y eficiente<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las ventajas son incontables. En palabras de <strong>Miguel \u00c1ngel Barrio<\/strong>: \u201c<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al ser modelos desasistidos, no requieren de personas dando servicio. Por eso pueden funcionar en un modelo 24\/7 para que no sea necesario cortar acceso a usuarios o ciudadanos (en el caso de la Administraci\u00f3n P\u00fablica).
