De esta manera, se destac\u00f3 el reconocimiento a nivel internacional de la aseguradora en su apuesta por la innovaci\u00f3n, la sostenibilidad y el desarrollo del talento.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Mapfre, aseguradora de referencia en el mercado espa\u00f1ol, fue reconocida por su apuesta en transformaci\u00f3n digital en la pasada edici\u00f3n de los <strong>Premios Computing<\/strong>. Como parte de su apuesta por su capital humano, y para facilitar la adaptaci\u00f3n de sus profesionales a los nuevos procesos digitales, el pasado a\u00f1o puso en marcha<strong> SMART HELP<\/strong> de la mano de <strong>Entelgy<\/strong>, un <strong>asistente virtual<\/strong> basado en tecnolog\u00eda de detecci\u00f3n de contexto.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto se ha convertido en uno de los elementos clave en la estrategia de puesto de trabajo digital de la compa\u00f1\u00eda y ya ha sido instalado con \u00e9xito en m\u00e1s de 15.000 puestos de trabajo. Los resultados de <strong>SMART HELP<\/strong>\u00a0se han traducido en un<strong> aumento en la productividad<\/strong> y, de esta manera, Mapfre Espa\u00f1a ha conseguido llevar el conocimiento de los procesos directamente al flujo de trabajo de los usuarios.<\/p>\n<p>El reconocimiento a esta labor no se ha hecho esperar y, fruto de ello, los Premios Computing celebrados el pasado 17 de septiembre tuvieron el honor de reconocer su labor en la categor\u00eda de \u201c<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Transformaci\u00f3n de Workplace y Conocimiento<\/span>\u201d. <strong>Patricia Mochales<\/strong>, Directora del \u00c1rea de Soporte a Negocio y Calidad de TI de Mapfre Espa\u00f1a recogi\u00f3 el galard\u00f3n de manos de <strong>Miguel Castro<\/strong>, Director General de Entelgy.<\/p>\n<p>La tecnolog\u00eda aportada por Entelgy se ha convertido en un verdadero aliado para la aseguradora. Tal y como se afirma desde\u00a0Mapfre Espa\u00f1a: \u201c<em>Actualmente tenemos desplegado el agente SMART HELP en m\u00e1s de 15.000 puestos de trabajo, y el feedback de los usuarios de negocio es altamente satisfactorio. Nuestro siguiente reto es convertir SMART HELP en el punto \u00fanico de acceso al soporte y el conocimiento para todos nuestros usuarios. De esta manera, redirigimos al usuario a SMART HELP como punto \u00fanico de informaci\u00f3n, para que se convierta en su aliado y desemboque en una transformaci\u00f3n real del puesto de trabajo
