Entelgy consolida as\u00ed el primer aniversario de comunidad del conocimiento centrada en las metodolog\u00edas \u00e1giles<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Agile no es simplemente una metodolog\u00eda: <strong>es parte del ADN de Entelgy<\/strong>. Con la celebraci\u00f3n del primer aniversaro de la <strong>Comunidad Agile<\/strong>, 45 profesionales compartieron en Spaces los principios sobre los que se fundamenta<strong> The Agile Order<\/strong>. Siempre estructurado como un<strong> foro de debate<\/strong>, cada mes se revisan novedades, proyectos, buenas pr\u00e1cticas y curiosidades del mundo Agile que van percibiendo y compartiendo los miembros de la comunidad.<\/p>\n<p>Coordinado por<strong> \u00d3scar Gonz\u00e1lez<\/strong>, People Business Partner de Entelgy, el evento cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de <strong>Cristina Aparicio<\/strong>, Consultora de Entelgy Digital, que comparti\u00f3 su conocimiento en torno al tema &#8220;\u00bfC\u00f3mo empezar a ser \u00e1gil en una start up?&#8221;. Cristina traz\u00f3 un roadmap de pasos a seguir en cualquier organizaci\u00f3n: estudiar el interior de la organizaci\u00f3n haciendo foco en las personas, concienciar a los profesionales para que ellos sean los que cambien sus comportamientos y hacer una implantaci\u00f3n de pr\u00e1cticas \u00e1giles de forma progresiva y continua.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jorge Herrera<\/strong>, Software Development Manager de Entelgy, recibi\u00f3 el testigo para plantear los <strong>retos a los que se enfrentan las organizaciones \u00e1giles<\/strong>. La clave est\u00e1 en discernir las diferencias entre entornos complicados (aquellos en los que hay muchas piezas ensambladas) y complejos (los que generan un volumen de informaci\u00f3n adicional impredectible), para poder dar el paso de &#8220;predecir y controlar&#8221; a &#8220;percibir y responder&#8221;. El secreto es buscar <strong>temas en la organizaci\u00f3n que potencien la colaboraci\u00f3<\/strong>n.<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, <strong>Jos\u00e9 Luis Gait\u00e1n<\/strong>, Analista T\u00e9cnico de Entelgy, comparti\u00f3 su experiencia &#8220;Aventuras y desventuras del d\u00eda a d\u00eda con Scrum&#8221;. Las posibilidades de este framework son <strong>infinitas<\/strong> (incluso, como demostr\u00f3, planificando una boda utilizando Scrum).
