El principal objetivo de este proyecto de innovaci\u00f3n e I+D es el de proporcionar metodolog\u00eda y tecnolog\u00eda orientadas a facilitar la implantaci\u00f3n de SOA (Service Oriented Achitecture) tanto en la Administraci\u00f3n P\u00fablica como en empresas. Este respaldo impuls\u00f3 en gran medida el desarrollo de la versi\u00f3n 3.0 de nuestra plataforma SOA neoplatform. En el 2005 el proyecto galardonado fue ESTAP, basado en neo.
