Sus modernas infraestructuras y potente arquitectura gen\u00e9rica de comunicaciones, adem\u00e1s de las particularidades de cada cliente, permiten con relativa facilidad su escalabilidad al entorno de los <strong>150 puestos de agentes<\/strong>. Una adecuada dotaci\u00f3n de herramientas de operaci\u00f3n y gesti\u00f3n permitir\u00e1n la prestaci\u00f3n de servicios de alta productividad y elevados niveles de Calidad, alineados con el <strong>esp\u00edritu de excelencia<\/strong> en los Servicios Gestionados por Entel. La puesta en marcha ha sido un ambicioso y complejo proyecto superado por el <strong>esp\u00edritu de colaboraci\u00f3n<\/strong> y <strong>trabajo en equipo <\/strong>que caracteriza a nuestra compa\u00f1\u00eda. Coordinado desde el \u00c1rea de Outsourcing, han participado en el mismo la pr\u00e1ctica totalidad de disciplinas de nuestra compa\u00f1\u00eda.
