El <strong>segundo<\/strong>, es un amplio plan de capacitaci\u00f3n, que incluye la creaci\u00f3n de una base de conocimientos, el desarrollo de rutas de aprendizaje t\u00e9cnicas y de gesti\u00f3n, y el fortalecimiento de alianzas estrat\u00e9gicas con socios bajo una visi\u00f3n de ecosistema. El <strong>tercer <\/strong>eje, es la creaci\u00f3n de una estructura regional con funciones de l\u00ednea y\u00a0<em>backoffice<\/em>, para mejorar la eficiencia, la colaboraci\u00f3n entre pa\u00edses y el servicio a los clientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, destaca la herramienta de desarrollo de <strong>software IRIS<\/strong>, que ofrece una visi\u00f3n integral del ciclo de desarrollo, desde los requerimientos hasta las pruebas. Esta herramienta, combinada con la intervenci\u00f3n humana, ya ha demostrado resultados positivos, con reducciones de tiempo y coste de entre 40% y 60% en proyectos de modernizaci\u00f3n de aplicaciones.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Su mensaje concluye resaltando la confianza en la direcci\u00f3n tomada y en el alineamiento del
