En este encuentro, organizado por Agile Spain, m\u00e1s de 1.000 profesionales del sector comparten sus conocimientos y experiencias en agilidad. EBM permite a las organizaciones mejorar su desempe\u00f1o en el tiempo y refinar sus objetivos con mejor informaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> El marco <\/span><b>Design Sprint<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> para acelerar y simplificar en 5 d\u00edas, el proceso de dise\u00f1o de un producto a trav\u00e9s de talleres de co-creaci\u00f3n. Obteniendo resultados concretos y medibles, que permiten validar el concepto con las personas usuarias. Lo que nos qued\u00f3 claro es que no hay un \u00fanico marco de trabajo que encaje en las transformaciones tal cual est\u00e1 descrito. De una forma amena y muy gr\u00e1fica, explic\u00f3 c\u00f3mo el m\u00e9todo PBB ayuda en la creaci\u00f3n de backlogs de productos. Tambi\u00e9n destac\u00f3 que la creaci\u00f3n del backlog es un reto para muchos equipos y la clave es construirlo de forma colaborativa entre las personas usuarias, negocio y
