Esta realidad deriva de una situaci\u00f3n complicada, donde desde hace alg\u00fan tiempo escasean los profesionales TI. Con la llegada de la pandemia y su impulso en la transformaci\u00f3n digital de las empresas, la demanda de estos perfiles ha crecido todav\u00eda m\u00e1s, pero<strong> la oferta de talento es algo que no se puede acelerar<\/strong>, pues la formaci\u00f3n requiere tiempo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gartner revela que, debido a la gran demanda, s\u00f3lo el 29% de los trabajadores de TI de todo el mundo tiene intenci\u00f3n de permanecer en su actual puesto de trabajo. Los negocios que tienen alta dependencia de las capacidades tecnol\u00f3gicas de sus empleados sufren las consecuencias de esta tendencia, no solo por el desajuste que puede llegar a generar, sino porque <strong>no les permite capitalizar el conocimiento y experiencia de sus profesionales<\/strong>, ni el uso de la informaci\u00f3n del proceso y del dato.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se unen tambi\u00e9n los cambios en las demandas y preferencias de los trabajadores a nivel laboral, que introducen m\u00e1s variables en la decisi\u00f3n de quedarse o no en un empleo. El salario y las buenas condiciones ya no son suficientes para convencer al personal de que nuestra empresa es el mejor lugar para desarrollar sus capacidades.
