Este fue el core del evento celebrado el 14 de octubre, donde tts y Entelgy, partners desde hace m\u00e1s de 10 a\u00f1os, mostraron junto con MAPFRE Espa\u00f1a las virtudes de SMART HELP.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span><strong>SMART HELP<\/strong> es una soluci\u00f3n digital que <strong>transforma la manera de trabajar, aprender y obtener soporte<\/strong> mediante un asistente contextual que habilita digitalmente a las personas de la organizaci\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s, utiliza la tecnolog\u00eda de <strong>tts<\/strong>, l\u00edder en soluciones de adopci\u00f3n digital.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>En este contexto durante el evento tuvimos la suerte de contar con <strong>MAPFRE Espa\u00f1a<\/strong>, que explic\u00f3 su caso de \u00e9xito con SMART HELP. La prestigiosa aseguradora comparti\u00f3 los resultados cuantitativos, medidos como la reducci\u00f3n de llamadas o tickets de soporte operativo, a medida que aumenta el uso de SMART HELP.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>El evento fue\u00a0 presentado por <strong>Alfredo Zurdo<\/strong>, Head of Digital Change en Entelgy Digital, y <strong>Max Meinke<\/strong>, Director General de tts Iberia y Latam;
