De igual manera, los ponentes compartieron conocimientos y experiencias, dando especial visibilidad a la importancia de incorporar la <strong>gesti\u00f3n del cambio desde la Estrategia<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Alfredo Zurdo<\/strong>, Head of Digital Change de Entelgy Digital, destac\u00f3 que &#8220;l<em>a transformaci\u00f3n de las organizaciones depende esencialmente del cambio en las personas&#8221;<\/em>. Y, bajo la experiencia de nuestra organizaci\u00f3n, pudo trasladar una importante recomendaci\u00f3n: &#8220;<em>Las empresas y administraciones no est\u00e1n solas en este viaje de transformaci\u00f3n, deben buscar ayuda especializada, hay excelentes profesionales, consultores, coaches, gestores de cambio&#8230;
