Un sofismo venciendo a una visi\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Y ese es el origen de la dicotom\u00eda que atenaza a muchas empresas en el mundo, y las mantiene en una situaci\u00f3n que, finalmente, las pone en <\/span><b>riesgo de supervivencia<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La (aparente) ausencia de respuestas o <\/span><b>soluciones r\u00e1pidas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> hace que las empresas se centren en las <\/span><b>grandes transformaciones<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que, por un lado son muy necesarias, pero por el otro son grandes demandantes de tiempo y recursos para el medio y largo plazo\u2026 algo que no se dar\u00e1, o lo har\u00e1 en peores condiciones si no se abordan proyectos y <\/span><b>peque\u00f1as transformaciones<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que den <\/span><b>resultados inmediatos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y, de paso, supongan peque\u00f1os pasos hacia el <\/span><b>gran objetivo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Afortunadamente <em>esa aparente ausencia de respuestas o soluciones r\u00e1pidas<\/em> es s\u00f3lo eso: aparente;
