Las pasadas semanas, ViCA ocup\u00f3 un importante espacio entre algunas de las publicaciones nacionales m\u00e1s prestigiosas.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>ViCA, el asistente virtual que se adapta a diferentes negocios y operativas, destac\u00f3 en los medios online y offline subrayando su capacidad para mejorar la experiencia de usuario, agilizar los procesos, generar eficiencia inmediata y optimizar el servicio que ofrecen sus clientes.<\/p>\n<p>Algunas cabeceras destacaron la importancia de ViCA como plataforma de chatbots, capaz de aprender de cualquier contexto.
