Google y Entelgy afianzaron as\u00ed su relaci\u00f3n de partners, avanzando en la colaboraci\u00f3n en clientes y consolidando una importante estrategia comercial conjunta.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Bajo la atenta mirada de clientes de administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica y de grandes empresas y corporaciones colombianas, Google ejerci\u00f3 de anfitri\u00f3n en sus instalaciones para mostrar su s\u00f3lida cultura digital, reflejada en su\u00a0<em>layout<\/em>\u00a0de espacios colaborativos. Las <strong>tendencias del mercado de los bots<\/strong>\u00a0como nuevo valor y sus m\u00faltiples casos de uso en distintos sectores fueron expuestas por Miguel \u00c1ngel Barrio, Heado of Entelgy Digital, que adem\u00e1s introdujo la plataforma de gesti\u00f3n integral de bots de Entelgy: ViCA.<\/p>\n<p>Nuestro Virtual Chat Assistant (ViCA) se sustenta, al fin y al cabo, sobre tecnolog\u00edas y soluciones de Google. La clave es la relaci\u00f3n que es capaz de afianzar con clientes y usuarios, ya que modifica y facilita la forma de interactuar con ellos. ViCA presenta<strong>\u00a0beneficios y funcionalidades arrolladores<\/strong>, no s\u00f3lo en su frontend, sino en las t\u00e9cnicas de procesamiento de lenguaje natural y machine learning. Esta aplicaci\u00f3n de la Inteligencia Artificial habilita la ingenier\u00eda conversacional y multiplica la capacidad de entendimiento de las conversaciones por parte de ViCA.<\/p>\n<p>Tras una demostraci\u00f3n de ViCA, gestionando un modelo h\u00edbrido de conversaci\u00f3n con integraci\u00f3n sobre el mismo canal, del bot y del humano, se cerr\u00f3 el evento con una entretenida<strong>\u00a0sesi\u00f3n de networking<\/strong>\u00a0que facilit\u00f3 interesantes conversaciones con los asistentes. El \u00e9xito fue crear un espacio com\u00fan donde compartir inquietudes y experiencias alrededor de los nuevos canales digitales y el desarrollo y gesti\u00f3n de los bots como tema central del
